EXCHANGE POLICY

It is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we do allow exchanges within 14 days of purchase.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.  Sorry, we do not accept returns.  If you would like to exchange your item please make sure to take the following steps:

1. Email us at hello@hushlittlelanie.com or text Amanda 414-397-2051 to receive an RA number. YOU MUST HAVE AN RA NUMBER TO RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE. Please write the RA number on the shipping label or the outside of the package you are returning. Please mail your return to:

2. Items must not be worn, used, damaged or tampered with and must still be in brand new condition with the original store tag attached.

3. You may also "exchange" your Hush Little Lanie merchandise for in-store credit within 14 days of purchase.  (Please note, Holiday and Clearance items are not eligible for exchange unless you are exchanging for a different size of that item.)

4.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or items damaged during shipping and recommend you send the items back using an insured courier. Make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records.
